Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free period
Every workspace starts with 30 free days. Nothing is charged during that time. Cancel from Admin → Billing before it ends and you pay nothing at all.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Admin → Billing. The monthly mandate stops at the end of the current billing month; a yearly plan simply does not renew. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
- Monthly plan: fees for a month that has started are not refunded. Cancel before the next charge date to avoid the next month.
- Yearly plan: a full refund is available within 14 days of the first payment. After that, unused months are not refunded.
- Plan changes: moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately; moving to a lower plan takes effect from the next period. Neither is refunded pro rata.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full once identified.
Refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval. To request one, email admin@kaushalstack.com with your invoice number.
