Draft under review. Payments are in test mode and no charges are made while this notice is shown; the final policy will be published before live payments begin.
What we collect
- Account data: the company name, workspace address, owner name, email and phone given at sign-up, billing details and GSTIN, and sign-in records.
- Customer data: the clients, projects, photographs, documents, enquiries, CRM records, meeting recordings and minutes your studio enters into the Service, and the content of your public website.
- Visitor data: anonymous, cookie-less page-view analytics for your website, resolved to city level at the moment of the visit; no IP addresses are stored.
- Payment data: transaction identifiers and invoices from Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's pages and never reach us.
- Technical data: server logs with IP addresses and request paths, kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
Only to provide, secure, support and bill the Service. We do not sell personal data and do not use customer data for advertising. AI features send the specific inputs you choose (a photo, a brief, a recording) to our AI providers to produce the output you asked for; they are not used to train models. For the personal data of your clients and staff, your studio is the data fiduciary and KaushalStack Technologies is the data processor acting on your instructions.
How we protect it
- Each studio's data lives in its own database and file store; no studio can read another's records.
- All traffic is encrypted in transit. Admin and client sessions are bound to your studio's address.
- Unpublished photographs, client files and documents are served only to signed-in people your studio has authorised.
- Data is hosted in India.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your workspace exists. You can export all of it at any time from the Service. When a workspace is closed, a recovery archive is kept for 24 hours and then deleted, except records we must keep by law (for example, invoices).
Your rights and contact
Account holders can view and correct their data in the Service, and may ask for access, correction or erasure by writing to admin@kaushalstack.com. Clients of a studio should direct requests about their own data to that studio, which can act on them in the Service. Data-protection questions and breach notifications go to the same address.
